That, or you can disable anything related to the collab in entirety, by clicking on a tiny cogwheel symbol at the bottom right corner of the screen at your port, which will bring up a special menu for you to disable certain particular "themes" of your choosing. Once you disable the corresponding theme of the collab (in this case, Azur Lane), then the collab captains themselves will be converted to the regular standard captains, with no unique voice lines playing during their usage. These are the same guns as Cleveland so the shells are not the fastest but they will allow you to use a lot of island covers and also with the HE, you will deal consistent damage without issue. The ship, just like the Cleveland is carrying 4 x 3 152 mm guns. Instead, set it to National (without the + sign) and the regular male captain voice of the corresponding nation of the ship will play, regardless of the captain you're using. First, the firepower of the ship is very solid. Either of these two will allow those "collab captains" to play their unique voice lines when you use them for battles.
Don't leave your voice setting at Standard or National+.
